Calling every day for a few weeks just to make an appointment. They don’t answer the phone or have extreme wait times just to accomplish something that could easily be done online. I’ve been unsuccessful so i had to give up.
I've seen Dr. Phonsonbat here several times and am very happy with his team. Dr. Phonsonbat is very professional, answers all my questions, and is skilled & gentle with cystoscopic exams. The staff is also easy to work with.

Rudest front desk receptionist EVER! If you can go to ANY other one of there sites, I would HIGHLY recommend to do so! I hope that PAMF looks into their receptionist, as they are the face of your department. I will happily drive to Santa Cruz from mountain view to not deal with this department. To the old lady with short hair in an ugly little ponytail & glasses, I hope you are fired because PAMF is amazing & you should not be a representative of them.
