Edit: if you value your life, you should absolutely not go here. After 3 months of calling I finally saw the doctor and it was a complete and total waste of time. His response to me telling him about suddenly having a ton of painful symptoms was “well, that’s life, it happens”. Doctor was extremely uninquisitive, seemed to have only a grade-school level of urology education. I went to see a “specialist” and I have literally no answers. Calling every day for a few weeks just to make an appointment. They don’t answer the phone or have extreme wait times just to accomplish something that could easily be done online. I’ve been unsuccessful so i had to give up.
I've seen Dr. Phonsonbat here several times and am very happy with his team. Dr. Phonsonbat is very professional, answers all my questions, and is skilled & gentle with cystoscopic exams. The staff is also easy to work with.
