I am really not happy with my experience at this office. I will start by saying Dr. Shibutani was great and the only redeeming part of the ordeal. I needed a vasectomy and this office was recommended. It took 4 months to get an appointment which I was not happy about but was told I could get on the surgery schedule right away. 4 months later I walk into their nice space and a surly receptionist greets me. I meet the Dr and he explained everything to me, all is good. Go to scheduling and was then told it would be another 4 mo... read more
Dr. Kapp gave me completely wrong information before operating on me, and then changed his story after the procedure. Also gave me completely wrong information on how to follow up to get another procedure done. I would not not recommend Dr. Kapp, he has no professionalism and lies to his patients
Really the nicest people in any doctors office I have ever been to. Made a appointment by phone and saw them the same day. I can't thank them enough! Great doc,s too.
