I wish I could give this review 0 stars stars. Never in my life have I received such awful care. Rude staff, the office manager is AWFUL she doesn't manage nothing. She passes the buck and plays the blame game. She should be fired The pa's are a revolving door one even walked out in the middle of the day. They call in scripts late all the time. They lost my paperwork, owe me money and dont return my calls. The doctor only cares about profits not patients. I didnt feel safe there
Last 2 years has really went downhill. Random office closures and never answering phones.
I really do like this office however EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL I GET PUT ON HOLD!! Not just for a minute or even 5 minutes it's atleast 10 minutes I don't have time to wait!! Anyone else have this problem??
Dr. Orow is great however his staff is very unprofessional and rude. I had constant issues getting scripts filled and it was hard to get in to see Dr. Orow. Appointments were several months out. My wife had issues with rude staff and lost bloodwork also. Then when she decided to find a different Dr. they wouldn't send her medical records over.
This place is a total joke. You will not see or talk to an actual doctor. However, they will charge you like you have. Instead you speak with a medical assistant who then talks to the doctor. The PA’s they hire are bottom of the barrel “doctors “ so please do not go here if you have a serious medical problem. I honestly don’t know which is worse. The careless doctors or the lies staff tells.
