Dr. DeTorres always takes the time to listen to your concerns and conducts a very thorough exam. His nurse is just as thorough and between the both of them you leave the office feeling you will be feeling better.
This week I saw Dr. Saurabh Agarwal, M.D. for a routine follow up. A few years ago I was in the Valley Hospital ER in extreme ‘discomfort’ with a stone and my urologist refused to come to ER to treat me. The ER doctor then called Dr. Saurabh Agarwal, who immediately came to hospital, ordered meds and arranged for next day surgery. I’ve stuck with Dr Agarwal since and am extremely impressed by his experience, competence, and confidence in my follow up appointments. As a retired dentist, I appreciate this type of care.
I received a letter from this office threatening to send me to collections if I didn't pay my outstanding balance… of $0.00. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Dr Hartanto and his nurse Lisa are both wonderful medical people, with tremendous warmth and graceful
I had a great visit, from the phone, to front desk, to Charlene who’s amazing, and of course Dr. Hartanto, he’s a brillant physician who answers all your questions.
