I first tried to contact a urologist in Rio Rancho and was assured that my Medicare/BlueCross BlueShield would cover my visit. Great Dr. Staff friendly
While the ER surgery with dr snoy went fine, the office was quick to send to collections while insurance was still reviewing a claim. Very disappointed in the billing office/protocols.
