Possibly thee most inept office ever, specifically his scheduler. She never answers a call and you're lucky if she calls back the same day. It's as though they're doing you favor.
I've been there three times and my wife once. The waiting time is no less than 1 hour. One time it was almost 2 hours sitting in the waiting room. I have since changed my doctor.
