Some of the most negligent group of urologist in cincinnati. They pulled labs on me and seen my psa was raised so they gave me more testosterone replacement therapy instead of seeing if the testosterone was raising the psa or if there was another issue. They also didn't watch my estrogen levels which were too high along with my testosterone being too high. They continued to give me more testosterone replacement therapy which raised my psa levels. Good
Only giving a 1 star because you have to. Unprofessional staff. They will not return phone calls even when given days to do so. The staff handling my husband's paperwork literally yelled at him when he asked for the address to come in person. Apparently that was a "threat" when in fact it was not. We just needed to get the paperwork filled out and turned in so he would not lose his job. Staff needs to be retrained on policy and procedure.
