Its their motto to strive for care, convenience and quality. Thats what I remember reading in the paper work. LOL!! LOl!! Bad appt set up process, dont track Patient infos, understaffed front office, lack of courtesy, outdated office space and should be ashamed to run a practice. They called day before my scheduled appt(which was made 2 weeks ago and they even contacted me to comfirm) to say doctor not taking any new pts.and they just realised this? WOW Then gave me appt 6 weeks later with a different doctor! What kind of genius are they?

Terrible front office and their billing practices are shady as hell. They sent me a bill and the charges+credits added up to -$40 (i.e., then owing me money) and THEY INSTEAD THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS SAYING I OWED THEM MONEY.
