Terrible experience! Again and again and again, I call St Elizabeth to get a quote on my procedures and I am transferred from one department to another to another to another. Today, I spent about 4 hours on the phone with Saint Elizabeth's trying to get a quote on my upcoming colonoscopy. I probably spoke to eight different people consuming hours of their time. Finally, Heather in estimates (bless her!) got me a quote: $5,000 for my colonoscopy, not including the cost of the anesthesiologist, which is provided by a separate ... read more
