Spent about 3 minutes in appointment. He didn’t have any of the reports so I let him read last one off my phone. Left kidney stone passed but was having excruciating pain on right flank. Because the Catscan didn’t see anything he just dismissed me. He is very rude, uncaring. Will definitely find another Urologist as I get stones every couple years.

Good luck getting ahold of the front desk for appointments I called a many times each time I’m on hold for over 20 minutes and still no response.

Admin did bot submit bill to my insurance company and now I'm in collects with bad credit. I'm now with the collection agency trying to resolve. NO HELP FROM OFFICE, just saying they have other customers with the same problem.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Glass. And that's saying something when you're in pain from kidney stones. He was receptive, agreeable, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The staff was very busy but attentive and I walked into a room 6 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend him to family and friends.
