He doesn't know how to do his job, he tests me every week for the same thing, and I went to get tested for something specific and he didn't do it, he gave me another test that wasn't mys, then a week later it's your turn to take blood again because he forgot to do that test, very unprofessional, he only likes to take money from the health insurance company.
Dr. Michael Ciccone is an AMAZING DOCTOR! The staff especially in the front are so sweet and welcoming. I have also brought my husband and he loves Dr. Ciccone. Plus he is funny, making me less nervous and more comfortable with my visit.
Front desk is very rude I must say. So unprofessional. Smh.
My mother, Emily Walker called at 10 am to speak with Dr. M. Ciccone, Bellville, NJ. The female receptionist was very, very nasty and unprofessional!! My mother need her medical records so her currrent doctor, Brooklyn NY would know her diagnosis. The receptionist told my mother in a harsh tone that" Dr. Ciccone can not come to the phone.
