Went in to get a vasectomy. Before I knew it, everything was all done. Entire procedure was done in about 20 minutes. One stitch, barely any pain (was up and at it with the family the next day), and follow up tests give me the "all clear" as I'd expected. Dr Shands was great.
I am sure the doctors are knowledgeable and probably are not aware of the staff rude and non professional behavior towards potential patients. No sensitivity for the patient, I have never been mistreated at any physicians office as was here by the billing and scheduling staff. Perhaps additional training is needed.
We first met Dr Spellman when my husband was admitted by MoBapt last year. He has such an amazing bedside manner with his patients! My husband was immediately comforted by this doctor who took the time to get to know my husband and relieve his mind as to what was happening to him medically. He felt that Dr Spellman would and could take care of any problem he encountered.
