Had an appt Sept 6, got there 30 mins early. Waited for hour and a half. Finally was called to the back. Waited another hour in the exam room. Dr checks me out and says basically he has no idea and he would be doing some research and would get back to me. It's Nov 14 and still haven't heard from him. An absolute travisty that anyone should have to pay for there services. Go down to Walgreens they can do a better job. The whole experience was pathetic and a waste of time. Find another Drs office if you ask me

Like Dr. Ramsey a lot, but will only see him at his West location from now on. The Powell office leaves a lot to be desired from a patient experience standpoint. Each time I’ve been there I’ve had issues with long waits, rude and unsympathetic staff and communication issues between scheduling and the office. The office is very busy, but that is a testament to the physicians, not the office. Physician = A, Powell office = D-

I was seen by doctor Ramsey March 28,2017. Dr Ramsey did a marvellous job making me feel comfortable. Dr Ramsey listened to me and valued my input to my situation. I would recommend doctor Ramsey with out a blink. F. Archambeault
