I have been a patient of Dr. Bailey for over 4 years. He is a rock star urologist in my book. His credentials are beyond impressive. His approach to my medical needs have always been straightforward answering all my questions. The nurses that provide my bladder cancer treatment care are awesome! Veronica and Maria are simply the best. I appreciate all the staff.
I should have read the reviews before going here. Went to an appointment in November to meet with Dr Bailey. I brought my laps with me, he said he'd need a second set of laps to confirm the results, which makes no sense since my labs were 4 days old. I asked to have my labs sent to Quest since that is where all my labs are so I can keep track. two week later I go to Quest and there are no orders for labs. I’m really disappointed in the administrative side of this office. My appointment was canceled without my knowledge, and when I called to ask what happened, I was told I had canceled it online which I did not. I am also young and know how to work technology -- I can guarantee I was not the one to cancel my appointment. Despite calmly explaining that, the staff continued to insist otherwise and offered no real help.
