Went in may 8th for a follow up on my er visit for kidney stones...Dr Frey ordered imaging and I went the same day to get imaging done of my kidneys.....it's now been a month and the office has never called about my test results they ignore my messages on their patient portal and nobody from the office never contacts you back...need to find another office

Absolutely horrible experience, specifically Sheryl or Cheryl. Went for a follow up, asked for a semen analysis referral to the same place I had done it 6 months ago, to which the doctor said she would. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I have already completed my analysis but Sheryl informs me that they sent the referral to the wrong location and that they would be unable to retrieve the results. She was extremely disrespectful, telling me I was not able to call back and that she would call back if things changed. I had called... read more
Do yourself a favor and save your money and time and not go here. This place is a mess they have zero respect to your time and your concerns. Dr. Smith was playing the guessing game when giving diagnosis and did not seem to really care to dig into the root causes of any of the symptoms but prescribing medications randomly without looking at the patient’s history
