Couldn’t figure out how to send prescriptions to the VA. Not sure why this doctor chose to be in the VA’s community care network if they weren’t going to learn how to work within that network. Also, I’ve never met a doctor who acted like he gave less of a shit about what was going on than the doctor i met with. Talked to me like I was an idiot for bringing up my mom’s bladder issues in relation to mine, in case there was anything genetic. I recommend going elsewhere, ESPECIALLY VA PATIENTS

I wish I'd read the other comments before going here. I picked Dr. Frey because he was the only doc who would do a consult and the procedure same day. Now I'm seriously regretting giving this company my money. They had NO regard for my time or concern, gave contradictory post-op advice, and refused to consider my perfectly reasonable request. I was referred to Urology Clinics of North Texas by BSW ER after going into hospital in critical condition.. They immediately coordinated care with ER staff and my neurosurgeon in Dallas. Ive received excellent care from the doctors, nurses and PA. Everyone from the front office staff to the nurses and PA’s have been kind, accessible, compassionate and supportive. Highly recommend this practice.

I came in wanting to get two things done. The urologist completely forgot about the first item I mentioned and spent the rest of the time focusing on item number two by describing a procedure I wanted no part of. He would have known that if he had stopped to ask if it was something I was interested in. Instead he abruptly tells me to follow him to the check out counter and tells the lady to sign me up for the procedure I didn’t want. If I could give no stars, I would I needed my bladder stimulator changed out and went to the hospital to have the surgery. At first, they gave me the wrong time to be at the hospital. So we had to drive all the way back home at 5 o’clock in the morning and come back at 12 drove all the way back which was an hour away, then was proceeded to tell that my surgery had been declined the week before.
