Dr Gohbreil is terrific! The office staff is horrific. EVERYONE OF THEM IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NO COMPASSION AT ALL. FROM HIS NURSE TO THE OFFICE MANAGER!!! They are dealing with cancer patients and act like they are doing you a favor. He tells me one thing and they tell me something completely different. YOU ARE A NUMBER TO THE OFFICE STAFF. Showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and was told to come back because I needed to be there 30 minutes before my appointment time. They never mentioned in any confirmation text or email I had to arrive 30 mins early. Absolutely trash service at the front desk!
I had an appointment with Dr. Lieser today after being referred by the Emergency Room for a kidney stone. My appointment was at 3:10 PM, and I didn’t leave until just before 5:30 PM. Of that time, I spent no more than 10 minutes with Dr. Lieser himself. While Dr. Lieser was polite and answered my questions, he appeared distracted during our brief interaction, frequently checking Apple Watch notifications.
