Even though they are a healthcare provider, their receptionist should not be part of the their team. Ask a simple human being questions like pediatric urology clinic contact number as a healthcare person and she did not help at all. Coldly, she rudely refer me to google search, unprofessional. i will not call them or go their clinic again.
The place is organized, no very long delays. Nurse was fine and Doctor Pickens is professional and cordial . The only concern is that the blood draw for PSA level happened right after DRE which could alter/increase PSA level. (First visit overall impression)
They charge you for office visit , although I waited 45 minutes and doctor had to go to hospital , then the result of urine sample they got 10 days ago was not used they charge your insurance and yourself for their lack of organization and service. Neither the billing nor the office takes responsibility.
I cancel my last appointment all because the nurse practitioner had me sheadule to do a lot of test before I see the original doctor and tell me a male don’t get UTI infection on my first visit with him and when I did see the original doctor he did my cystoscopy he ask me why did I have a scar on the wall and I thinking in my head did you even read my paperwork that I feel out saying I had a hernia surgery but what I really said I do t know why being smart about it because he never look at my paperwork the I feel out after t... read more
