Beware!! Stay away from this place! The Dr. Sounds and is amazing. Just his staff is very rude and unprofessional. Word of advice Dr., Fire your staff and get staff that will actually help your patience. No people skills what so ever. Made my father waste his is the entire morning proving that he paid a bill, which the office manager said he never did. My father had to drive all the way to lemoore to get the receipt that he paid. Got referred here by Military doctors to get a vasectomy. Dr. Ashok is a very smart man, and even more skilled as a doctor. I was comfortable all the way through; from the waiting room to the table I felt confident I was in good hands. Dr. Ashok explained everything g in detail and did everything he said was going to happen. If I had to get another vasectomy or refer another person, this is the place to go.
Staff is extremely rude. Open at 8:30, appointment at 8:30, Dr shows up at 9:00. Staff called me a liar because I didn't have blood work that I was never scheduled for. They said I was. Told me I couldn't see the Dr without blood work (psa). They canceled my appointment. Terrible customer service.
Vasectomy was easy, quick, and painless. Dr. Ashok is easy going And knowledgeable. Why would you go anywherelse?
