Very bad experience. Student technician was unprofessional. The procedure machine was broken. Had to wait an hour for another machine. The room did not feel clean. I was left alone with a female staff member to prep me. Being a male, this is inappropriate. Dr. Stern had poor bedside manner and only gave me about 60 seconds to talk. He also forgot that I had blood test results that needed to be reviewed. I will not be going back to this practice.

This post is for the office staff only. There were 5 of us scheduled for the same doctor at the same time. Our wait time was ridiculous - 90 minutes in the lobby and then an additional 30 in the exam room. Staff should have advised us of the delay instead of waiting for us to approach them with questions. When we did, they had no answers, just that the doctor was running behind. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told he was in a meeting, but a message would be left to have him call me. 3 weeks later, he still has not ... read more

DON'T GO TO LITCHFIELD OFFICE! I waited for over an hour in the exam room. At 5:00 they discovered that I was still there. They were closing and all Doctors had left. Very unprofessional, no care are all. But They Did remember to collect my copay! That's all they wanted. Wasted time to go to this office.

Terrible place, terrible service. Made an appointment for a cystoscopy and they wouldn't respond to my health insurance requests for more information. Consequently after six months I have to start all over again somewhere else
