Receptionists were extremely unprofessional each time I contacted them by phone. It took 5 phone calls over 3 weeks for them to stop making different excuses for why they couldn’t see me. To finally tell me that they are not currently taking new Medicaid patients.
I have only come to this clinic three times and already I find this clinic to be very unprofessional. The doctor is relatively nice and knowledgeable, the real issues can be found in his staff. The receptionist is nice but will leave you on hold for long enough it seems like she’s forgotten about you and has tried to give me medical advice when that is not her responsibility. Nurse was not very helpful posr visit
Very unprofessional, I had surgery with Urology Clinic Inc., I wish I would have read reviews ahead of time, no pre- op consultation and no post-op consultation. I waited 3 hours past scheduled time in pre-op bed, I think they put other clients ahead of me, only the dr. knows. I think there are better urologist out there, but if you live in the Mt.s you get what you have. I hope they did a good job, these things make me worried!
Repeating my review here: The doctor was very unprofessional and brief with me. I begged them for information before my surgery and they still wouldn't tell me much. I had to look up most of what I'm now going through on the internet and I was reprimanded for doing that. Absolutely no follow-up. Terrible side effects afterwards that have gotten much worse and I'm being sent to a different urologist, now.
