The staff at the check in desk, are rude, rude, rude! But, Dr. Balaji Sofola, and his nurse, are as kind, friendly, attentive, and caring, as you could ever want your doctor, and nurse, to be!!! Dr. Sofola, actually, looked at me and listened to my concerns and he addressed each and every concern that I had! He, and his nurse, treated me like a friend, and not just some number on a sheet of paper! I hate leaving a one star because I love Jodi. However, when they called to make my appointment I asked them if that was enough time to get authorization and the lady said it was a routine office procedure and one was not needed. I drove an 1 1/2 to get here only to be told that they need an authorization or it wouldn't be covered. What a waste of my time, the person who drove me and my gas. So disappointed. This would not have happened at her Durant location.
The staff are extremely patient and thorough, working with us for the best possible appointment since we live an hour away. Dr Henry was direct, answering every question we had and explaining every exam he did on my husband. The nurses were so nice and caring. We wanted answers and went away with them. Treated me and my dad like we weren't human. Made us wait 2 hours just to torture him and put a rod down his pee hole and say well your x-ray sucks so we dont know what to do. Then told us to go to mercy for a ct scan.... told me to do everything. Didn't hold the door for us ( mind you my dad cant walk) and told me its protacal. Makes me so angry they have jesus and scripture all over their office but dont have the love of jesus anywhere there.
