I had an extremely disturbing appointment and meeting with Dr. Phillips and his office. Though it occurred nearly two years ago, it still bothers me—I should have written this review in 2021. From the onset, his physician's assistant or nurse (Kaitlyn (sp?), was rude, abrasive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I made mention of this to Dr. Phillips, and he smiled. They said they don't scope or treat for my conditions. So to treated he said go back my Dr 100 miles away .. Seems pretty non professional and my pcp way better!
