Had a kidney stone procedure that went well, but every visit to their Newberry office I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes past my appointment time before seeing Dr. Kerner. Twice I waited over an hour past my appointment (not including showing up 10 min early) the longest was an hour and a half! Luckily I didn't have to get back to work. They need to look at how they schedule patients or get a second doctor because they are always behind by 10 am. I will be finding a different urologist.
I saw Dr. Kerner because a CT scan showed an 18 mm kidney stone and it needed to come out. I'm the biggest scaredy-cat you'll ever meet. I was terrified as to how this kidney stone issue would be resolved. Dr. Kerner and his staff were absolutely amazing. They walked me through a detailed explanation (with options) of how to treat my particular stone. Every step of the way was made clear and my procedure went beautifully. Dr. Kerner and his staff are THE BEST!! I highly recommend Dr. Kerner. A+++++
