When I had a sudden health concern, I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Staff were professional and answered all my questions. However, the Phresia tablets are really annoying. Just because you can ask people 25 pages of questions EVERY SINGLE VISIT does not mean that this data is useful to you. I have NEVER had a doctor use this information during my visit.
Your group has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. No called back when trying to get an appointment or speak about test results. Receptionist are rude and has said that per notes ( this has happened twice) that they called and left a voice mail. I calls that lies!!!!!! No called back or voice mail was received. I would and will not recommend this urology group to any, person or animal. The worst medical office for urology in Des Moines
Had a procedure by Kevin Birusingh. He was very nice and explained everything well. Also the front desk ladies and nurses were great as well.
These people suck! Every one in this office is rude, no one returns phone calls. I cannot believe this is the only choice for service. No doctor should ever refer anyone here. I'll drop my doctor just because of the bad referral, check your references and be careful who you trust.
