Thankfully they are taking patients from Iowa Clinic Urology closing in May 2026. Nice staff, on time appt & very detailed medical staff.
Getting past their phone system to make appointment or getting a call back is terrible. an billing questions you need an interpreter to be able to understand them not sure what county your talking with .once past that Dr's are great .
Doctors seem ok so far but the automated system is horrible and the front desk is so unorganized and not very helpful.
Due to the Iowa Clinic closing, this facility is inundated with phone calls. If you need an appointment, best bet is to literally make it in person. Not sure why the receptionists or nurses could explain that and why it took the doctor/PA to explain it to me.
What a joke. My mother has gone here for 10 years. She has to have specific materials for her medical treatment. She was diagnosed with cancer in December. I reached out to our local outpatient services at our local hospital, asking if they could do her monthly medical procedure so she didn't have to try to get to Clive, IA, each month with all her treatments.
