Billing Sucks..!! I keep getting a $10 bill almost twice a month. One number goes to an Indian call center that you can hardly understand. I keep call the office in Clive and they say the bill is paid but I keep getting these “targeted” harassing letters. If they can’t get this right, I question the medical competency. Don’t use this place. Find another provider

My son is paralyzed from the waist down. He kept getting bladder infection. I was told I will need to do a bladder irrigation 3 times a week & they sent an order in for the solution in. I went to get the solution from the place ,& they said they have the solution, but do not provide anything else for the irrigation. They called them & told them. I am a disabled Veteran, I was set up for an appointment to have a procedure done at this establishment. After having the initial consultation with the Doctor the procedure was given a green light to proceed. This is when the trouble with the office started. I received multiple calls from the billing office that I needed to pay for this upfront. After multiple conversations to clarify otherwise, I was harassed again to pay them. I went to Urology Center of Iowa with serious bladder and prostrate issues. I received excellent care from all of the staff, and especially Dr Gregory Larsen. He was very caring, professional and knowledgeable with all of my issues. Soon after he did prostrate surgery and the outcome was amazing. Thank you Dr Larsen (and your staff) for a job well done, and for caring about me!
