My suggestion is for anybody considering this clinic to take a look at all the 1 and 2 star reviews. Prior to my consultation on 8/13, I checked in online and submitted all of my insurance information. Skip ahead to 8/28 and I received a bill without an EOB, indicating the billing department never ran my visit through insurance. Upon calling, I spoke with an individual who stated I never submitted insurance and when I challenged her, she was able to research thus discovering they did indeed have all of my insurance info. After looking through pages of 1 or 2 star reviews, I cannot believe this place has not been shut down for malpractice. My partner got a vasectomy here. First, before the procedure even occured, they pressured him into paying despite his medicaid coverage, they said it was over $300 but went down to $140 when we could not pay $300. They did not give reasoning. Would give this place zero stars if I could. This place is a great example of the abysmal state of healthcare in this country. My partner got a vasectomy here. The doctor seemed careless, did not go over any history with my partner (who has had several surgeries), and has been radio silent since. My partner had notable pain and swelling 5+ days after the procedure and after wading through call centers and 48 hour call back times, he was able to go in to get an ultrasound.
