Zero communication from them EVER. I always have to call them and follow up because they never get back to me. Weeks go by without a word. And they change decisions without notifying me too. Very frustrating.
Please avoid this place at all costs! The care my son received was some of the worst I have ever seen. My son has to have a supra pubic catheter that was put in by these doctors. In the time he had it it clogged twice causing him to have to go through two emergency surgeries that were not nessary. Clogging could have been prevented with a simple acidic flush which we started after the second emergency surgery. My first visit was good, had surgery and follow-up was good, was sent for another CT scan, and I got the results right away, however it’s been a week since I had that scan and have called the clinic and the radiology clinic. They stated they sent the fax over to the urologist the Friday I had it done. I have called now 3 times and still have heard nothing back. Not sure what going on, but need to know something!!! I like the doctor, I just want a call to see if I need to be seen again and if I need surgery again.
Staff RUDE, bias on who they treat, untimely, don't inform patiet of test results, argue on the phone about condition of patient, over charge for services not even performed by a doctor...you never see a doctor. When questioning the PA, LPN, nurse, tech you get no answer...and finally you sit in a cold room up to an hour before someone checks on you.
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Dornbier for a male-specific issue. He was running a few minutes late but with the amount of time he spent with me made his timing understandable. Would recommend him to other men with male-specific issues. He listened, offered different treatment options, and then set a game plan with appropriate follow-up.
