I have nothing but good things to say about the Urology Center of Columbus. Everyone I have interacted with, receptionists, techs, nurses and doctors have been caring and helpful.
Only one staff member was very rude. I had an appointment at 9am hot their at 9am after rescheduling twice. The white lady at the front desk told me she had to reschedule my appointment because I had completed my paperwork online. So I told her if I had lnow I would have completed it. I told her someone should of called and told me that few days before. She lied said she called me the day before. I told her I had no miss calls no messages left on my answering machine either. My appointment was at 3:00 and I wasn't call to the back. Until sometime after 4:00. Once I was in the back everything ran smoothly then.
I started coming here when Dr. Rice closed his practice. I was a little apprehensive about a new doctor, but was very pleased starting with my first appointment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful Dr. is always there to answer any questions I have.
