Very pleasant staff, professional. Dr. Wong was easy to talk to and answer questions. Just takes a while to get an appointment.
Dr. Wong is a very compassionate, kind doctor. I was hoping to get a sling for my incontinence, but I'm not a candidate for it. She wanted me to take meds, but I've decided that I will just wear overnight pads when I sleep because that is when I leak.
First of all, the Doctor was a full hour late for the appointment. Although she did apologize briefly, I felt like she was in a rush and she rattled things off and reached for the door at the 10 minute mark. I had been fairly miserable for close to 2 months, just waiting for this appt. I think she’s smart and probably capable, but she needs to slow down and take time with her patients. I have since moved on to a different doctor.
Dr Wong made me feel at ease and she's very professional happy New Year doctor. My visit today went very well the nurse was very very good made me very comfortable and I felt very relaxed every all my needs were taken care of and this this place is very very good
