I really love Dr Wong. I understand they were short staffed today and training but was a whole hour behind. I sympathize with being short staffed but found it off putting that the nurse/ma kept driving it home that she was doing it all today.
Very pleasant staff, professional. Dr. Wong was easy to talk to and answer questions. Just takes a while to get an appointment.
Dr. Wong is a very compassionate, kind doctor. I was hoping to get a sling for my incontinence, but I'm not a candidate for it. She wanted me to take meds, but I've decided that I will just wear overnight pads when I sleep because that is when I leak.
First of all, the Doctor was a full hour late for the appointment. Although she did apologize briefly, I felt like she was in a rush and she rattled things off and reached for the door at the 10 minute mark. I had been fairly miserable for close to 2 months, just waiting for this appt. I think she’s smart and probably capable, but she needs to slow down and take time with her patients. I have since moved on to a different doctor.
