I'm reluctant to even give this practice one star. All of the physicians are incredible. Making an appointment to see them however is quite the opposite. I've been trying for 2 days now to actually make an appointment. I've been a regular patient here for over a decade and no one returns calls and there's no one there ever to answer no matter what extension I press. Tomorrow I'm going to drive over there because I have nothing but free time to chase after inefficient people so I can make my appointment in person.
What started as a good experience—thanks to the courteous front desk staff—went downhill fast. One medical staff member was extremely rude, barking orders like she was running a drill. The physician was aloof and disengaged, which was even more disappointing. I initially held off on writing a review, but receiving a text today about a $710.52 balance was the final straw. Extremely rude PSR Noell S, very unprofessional, speaking to other people about baseball game while I needed service.
Excellent care by Dr. Trveedi and the entire office staff. I was impressed by their attention to my specific concerns and the communication between Dr. & staff.
