Things started great here, they were the fastest at getting an initial appt scheduled. I am now waiting 1.5 weeks for an authorization number for a catscan to be scheduled, with no indication of when this will get wrapped up and no communication whatsoever. Just waited on hold to speak with someone (only way to talk to anyone is to go through the appointment scheduling) and after 20 minutes they disconnected me to take lunch. Would not recommend this office. Find somewhere else that cares about their patients.
Extremely unprofessional to hear yelling from the practice managers office with the door wide open about prison timesheets while there was about 6 of us in the checkout sitting area. Completely unacceptable to hear personal information being shared and yelled out loud. Embarrassing for this office and the man who was yelling and does not know how to regulate his emotions and be professional in a work setting. The surgical scheduling woman was not knowledgeable and her system wasn’t working and was not attentive to us at all.... read more
I call this place for my dad. And the front desk is rude.and the doctor never returns the call. When you have an issue the nurse sees my dad instead of the doctor. Not even a PA. A nurse! A nurse is NOT a doctor! If he’s having issues related to a surgery the doctor performed why is a nurse seeing him. This place is a fraud. Currently looking for a new urologist for my dad.
I'm reluctant to even give this practice one star. All of the physicians are incredible. Making an appointment to see them however is quite the opposite. I've been trying for 2 days now to actually make an appointment. I've been a regular patient here for over a decade and no one returns calls and there's no one there ever to answer no matter what extension I press. Tomorrow I'm going to drive over there because I have nothing but free time to chase after inefficient people so I can make my appointment in person.
