Absolutely horrendous experience attempting to get someone on the line to schedule an appointment. They are completely non responsive and never pickup the scheduling line forcing you to leave a voicemail. Then they'll call you back and tell you to call them back. Its an endless cycle of incompetence here. Avoid it.
Doctor's and staff are always friendly and professional. Wait time is good.
One Star This is not a review I take lightly, but I feel it’s important to share. I had a very negative reaction to a medication prescribed by this office. While side effects can happen, the real issue for me was the complete lack of appropriate follow-up and the dismissive attitude I received afterward. I called early the Friday before Memorial Day weekend—concerned and clearly not feeling well. No one got back to me until much later, and when they finally did, the call felt rushed and careless.
