I was a new patient at Summit Health Urology Lawrenceville. Most urology offices in the area have very bad reviews so I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was in the office for no more than 35 minutes. The front desk, nurse/assistant, Dr. Arnouk, and the check out lady were all very kind. Dr. Arnouk had reviewed my imaging and was prepared when I saw him. I will say that his time seemed to be a bit rushed. I spoke with him for maybe 5 minutes. My recent Summit Health visit, along with my meeting with Dr. Fingerman to review results of my test, was honestly as good as I could have hoped for. I felt both well cared for, and I understood all the details with options. This is only because of Dr. Fingerman's professionalism and warmth, along with his providing as much time as needed for my total understanding ... and that is both unique and truly appreciated!

Definitely will not go back. The options I have been left with are horrible. Instead of medication adjustment I have to online shop. The only person kind was the lady who gave me an ultrasound. I felt like me being an African american male was a mistake to visit this office for help.
