Very nice doctor and staff
Great service. Very respectful. Dr. Pagano is very knowledgeable and very respectful to your views. Would recommend.
Never hear back from them regarding authorization for MRI. It's been 3 weeks & I have great insurance. Front office also has issues.
Saw Dr Wolk, had an appointment at 10am & he didn't walk into the room until 10:45am. He examined me but couldn't figure out or confirm if I had Vertigo. As we were ending the visit, he told me we should do an EKG. I asked why he felt that was necessary when I didn't complain about my heart at all, he said bc I was there. I had another appointment & couldn't stay & he said ok, no problem. Makes no sense, you couldn't diagnose or confirm why I went in yet you were quick to want to do an EKG for no real reason. Beware!
Terrible service and nasty employees. They cancelled my appointment and got nasty with me when confronted about it. Maggie and Vanessa were extremely rude, and should be fired. They don’t even answer the phone when you call. I should’ve took their low rating as a sign not to come.
