I fired my UA provider of 6 years today. It was past time. Long waits in the waiting room, long waits in the examining room, an insistance on protocols over patient care, and a total unwillingness to work with me around a referral. That does not include being shifted to his PA for almost a year, and insisting finally of being scheduled with the doctor. There are other choices out there. Look around.
