IR Center fixed my third degree Hemorrhoids perfectly, although it took 4 months rather than the predicted 3 months. I thought I had three hemorrhoids, internally, which came out (prolapse) with BM perhaps once per week, had to be pushed back in with hydrocortisone cream. Perhaps once per month the rectum didn't seal well and I stained my pants. IR Center (Dr. Garbett) found 5 hemorrhoids, and blocked the blood flow internally. Dr GARBETT and Dr Jones, barely ever followed up with me after both of my surgeries, was still in pain, Jones straight up just refused to treat me after I was in pain after one of my surgeries, and both just avoided talking to me and answering any questions I had! Very cold and distant, no bedside manner, if I could give less stars I would.
I’ve been a Patient of Austin Urology for years and this was my first visit to the Kyle location. When I set up my appointment to the dismissal after my visit everyone I encountered was friendly, informative and professional. We discuss my past issues and future treatments.
