I have been with Urology Austin since I moved to Kyle in 2010. I was fortunate to discover Dr. Dickinson as my provider. He has been my doctor since then and have been very happy with him. He takes time to explain things to you and has been very professional with everything. Thank you, Dr. Dickinson for everything you have done for me.
I had an overall great experience with the staff and my doctor from Urology Austin (Kyle location). Great communications from the staff with my appointment scheduling and with the visit requirements. My actual start of my appointment was before my scheduled time which was awesome!. Vanessa at the pharmacy is rude and disrespectful. Worst Communication skills. Someone needs to give her a course and customer service, empathy and kindness.
My visit with the Kyle UA office was great! The whole staff and Dr. Burge were extremely pleasant. And the information I received from her was very helpful. For the first time I feel my symptoms are being addressed.
