I have been a Urology Austin Patient for many years. I made an appointment several weeks ago to see my doctor as I am leaving town for several months. My appointment was schedule for 05/08/26. Today, 05/01/26, I got a call that my appointment had been cancelled. No explanation; no offer to reschedule. Cannot recommend.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I was released from the hospital in February and referred to Urology Austin. I called them immediately and was told they would not see me without a referral. No Problem, called the hospital and they won't do a referral it has to be the PCP. Set up an appointment to see the PCP and then they won't see me because they have the wrong address, then because the insurance is listed as wrong, because the know the correct insurance and the PCP had just not updated their files. It was busy when I got there waiting in your room was pretty crowded, but I got right in, but then I waited in the exam room for a while. The nurse did come in. We talked about my condition so she understood my problems and scheduling for another appointment so I can check my PSA. Made the appointment in the Bastrop office, which was good for me.
