Dr.Friedberg should send my prescription to Walmart he NEVER DID , I called the nurse tell her about my prescription that I haven't received yet she said she was going to notify the Doctor. What's less then 0? Because that's what the office staff needs. Dr. Friedberg was awesome. Was scheduled supposedly for a surgery on the 10th of December. The hospital called me to get their paperwork started, anesthesiologist called to fill their paperwork out. Still no phone call from Urology Austin for a time and date for surgery. Get another phone call from Ascension, I told them I hadn't heard from the Doctors office for time and place yet. Ascension couldn't tell me had to come from the doctor office. Self paying customer. Payed the price then they send an extra bill. Didn't even get touched by the doctor. 🤣🤣🤣

I would give them a negative score if I could. They expect me to do all the things like bloodwork and other things but they can't be concerned enough to take 5 minutes to do a prior authorization. They also told me to either pay out of pocket or to use GoodRX. That would cost me a minimum of $40 per month. They won't do a prior authorization for a controlled substance. They used to but now they won't. Service is going down the drain.
