The stars are for Dr.Mobley. However I would give the office staff 2 stars. I couldn't fill out the form they sent me online although I tried many times.I got to the office by the time they recommended, but I wasn't able to fill out the form in the time they thought was appropriate so they sent me home and rescheduled me. For my next appointment I had to wait 45 min to an hour. Then the assistant asked me for my medication list which I spent so much time filling out before. She didn't have any forms with her.
