Very hard to make an appointment. Even if it's an emergency they don't call you back. Called multiple times and they would say will call you back. They never do.
Don't bother. They'll never actually schedule you a doctor and keep telling you they'll call you back "first thing the next day"
40 minutes on hold, multiple trials to call but no ever picks up the phone. And when they call you, they do not give you any instructions on where to go, how to drop off specimens…etc
