BMC Urology is such phenomenal and caring department. I have had great experiences with all staff, nurses and Dr. Wang and Dr. Chai are amazing, caring and dedicated doctors to their patients, I love this department as Dr. Chai has given me hope and an option where I can have my life back, I can never thank Dr. Chai and his amazing team for their dedication and kindness. Very hard to make an appointment. Even if it's an emergency they don't call you back. Called multiple times and they would say will call you back. They never do.
Don't bother. They'll never actually schedule you a doctor and keep telling you they'll call you back "first thing the next day"
