Horrible office communication. Can’t get through, leave message after message, no return call. Not sure anyone works there. Do not recommend. I try calling different parts of York hospital and always get transferred to a voicemail in urology with no communication back.
First appointment was very positive and informative. Dr. Baumgart was very knowledgeable and took note of my concerns including a course for continued care. Office staff was friendly and inviting. Thank you
My son was told, 'these things just happen sometimes.' Well, we went to Fore River Urology in Portland (amazing folks), and my son is now getting treated for his problems. With surgery!!!! Thanks for nothing.
Very professional and friendly staff. Despite my anxiety over the procedure, they eased my discomfort and quickly and efficiently completed their task without much discomfort or pain.. All in all, it is a very competent, kind, and friendly office.
