Mala atención cuando agende la cita les dije que no hablo mucho inglés dijieron que tendrían un traductor y no fue así lo cual complicó la comunicación claro sobre mis síntomas y como me sentía sin embargo use mi teléfono para comunicarme y aún así no solucionaron nada solo me hicieron preguntas que ni siquiera podía entender muy bien solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y mi dinero y ahora dicen que necesito hacer otra cita para hacer unos estudios que ni siquiera creo que tengan que ver con lo que realmente tengo luego me man... read more

Updated Review as of 3/27/26 I've been calling for two day's to schedule an appointment and each time im put on hold and the phone disconnects. I call 7 times and each time I was placed on hold and hug up on. I'm not too sure what's going with this location, its very unprofessional. Health Insurance is all expensive, to treated with no respect just pisses me off.

The young lady who sat at the receptionist desk was extremely kind, considerate of me and respectful... The young lady that took my blood was very knowledgeable and also considerate of me... Thank you, ladies, for doing a great job.... I am scheduled to see Dr. Wendland on my next visit when he will go over the psa blood results with me... Thank you... George Allin

I would give no stars but that isnt an option. Not only do they not stick to their appointment times there just never seems to be any urgency or genuine concern for patients. Even having a 7 am appt. Being Dr. Knoll's first patient of the day some they are 20 mins behind but we are still sitting in the lobby at 755 still waiting. My grandfather cannot speak due to a stroke but is always rushed and dismissed when he does they to communicate with them. He also had an appt for not being able to coid his bladder with his cath.
