Terrible. Rarely answer their phone. Been trying for weeks now for an appointment per my primary’s request. Already an established patient here. Every time I call (if they answer) I’m told no information in their system from my primary and I can’t make an appointment till they receive my labs from my primary and the Urologist reviews them. Painful UTI: culture completed and in Mckaren portal. It is Saturday. I have to wait until monday to get an antibiotic started, when they open. (Per answering service). Didn’t check for calcium oxalate crystals despite concerns about a stone. Called Mclaren Now for phone visit, and they don’t have access to mclaren labs and don’t treat utis in anyone over 60. Very disappointed.
Already an established patient here and have been trying for weeks now to schedule an appointment per my primary’s request. Informed every time I call no information in their system from my primary and I can’t make an appointment till they receive docs from my primary. My primary’s office assured me the docs have been sent. Still unsure why this extra information is necessary when I’m already an established patient or why they supposedly still don’t have these docs nearly two weeks later.
Wonderful staff and doctors that are so good that they can make you laugh while you are in the middle of a biopsy. Now that is something!
My third surgery and first here in Michigan and Dr coury was the best and less pain compare to other urologists. Was right there threw the whole process with the great knowledge staff. Time to go thru bladder wash procedure so will keep yous posted....
