EDIT: dropped to 1 star because after writing this review I received an additional $294 bill even though I have not been to this location for 3 months now. TL;DR - Dr. Belsante is amazing, but if your deductible hasn't been met or if you're self-pay you're going to have a bad time, as their billing structure has some fatal flaws. And DO NOT LET ANYBODY TELL YOU YOU ARE FORCED TO USE INSURANCE. When I called in initially, I asked about going self-pay, since my deductible is absurd and everything costs double pre-deductible wh... read more

How unprofessional can your staff be? I called to request a refill for a medication and I was literally chastised and basically called a liar when I told them I was never notified that I needed to schedule a follow up. Then your nurse hung up on me. I’ll be finding another urologist.
Due to a very large kidney stone , I was referred to Urology Associates in Heritage. My first visit was above expectations . Dr. Maddie was the sweetest, and she took time to explain my diagnosis in detail and well as surgery details . She also proceeded to set up that day for removal of the stone. Dr. Belsanta is also amazing, He has great bedside manner, professional, courteous, polite and very informative. He performed my surgery same day.
