EDIT: dropped to 1 star because after writing this review I received an additional $294 bill even though I have not been to this location for 3 months now. TL;DR - Dr. Belsante is amazing, but if your deductible hasn't been met or if you're self-pay you're going to have a bad time, as their billing structure has some fatal flaws. And DO NOT LET ANYBODY TELL YOU YOU ARE FORCED TO USE INSURANCE. I've been a patient at Urology Associates since 2005 - the care has always been top notch. Dr Chris Hawkins came on board in 2014 and has taken care of me since that time. He's an excellent Urologist and an excellent surgeon. I appreciate all he and his staff have done for me over the years.

I went here for a surgery and for some blood work. The ladies at the front desk are exceptionally nice. Dr Sulek handled my surgery, and I can tell you that everybody there is 10/10 nice.
