They answer the phone every time you call them. They call you back when they say they will. They do what they say they will. The ladies in the office are awesome. Friendly, helpful, motivated to do their job well. Huge change of pace, from what we're all used to, with your typical office staff. Becca (Bekka?), in particular, is a blessing to this office. I hope the medical staff realize how lucky they are, to have a hard working, friendly, highly motivated lady like that, as the face of their operation.

Treatment not as expected .. agreed to do something and they did half the job .. and they charged me amount and told me that’s it .. then got another by mail .. plus they gave me wrong information on the desk
