I go to Urology Asso. on Charlotte Ave. in Nashville because it's close to my home. The reception folks are friendly and work quickly. The blood draw staff are professional, and inflict the least possible harm. In fact, I felt nothing when the nurse placed the needle in my arm. That was amazing.
I'm furious, you took away southern hills. I went there since 2010. I had a relationship with the doctors and nurses. I had trust. Now I have to either go 45mins away to Hendersonville or smyrna. I am now treated like a burden and no respect or compassion. I get treatments because of my ailments. This is what my doctor tells me helps my issue. Been doing this for years. It's been twice that I have a 10:50 appointment and I don't get called to the back until after 11:30. I'm on my lunch break and my time is limited. I see patients being called to the back very rapidly after I've checked in, even patients who checked in after me being called to the back. Also, a few months ago I called your clinic to see about having my chart being sent to my primary doctor's office because they needed to update in my chart/history my lab tests and results from your office and the medication prescribed to me.... read more
