I am very disappointed with how my referral was handled at this office. When a referral is received, I expect that your staff will verify insurance coverage prior to the appointment. Instead, we arrived only to be told that you do not accept our insurance, despite the referral being sent and an appointment scheduled. This resulted in wasted time, stress, and unnecessary disruption for my family. Your office should have confirmed coverage and notified us immediately if you were not in-network. They didn't fix my curve_ causes it to fall down on my stomach _me realizing it gotten shorter( ____the emotional distress that they caused me by not fixing my curve , I told Scott it hurt , HE SAID THAT HURT I SAID YES , HE SAID JOW CUTVE IS IT AND I said idk , my lack of knowledge of curves and their percentages I wasn't sure what to say IF THEY HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS CURVE THEY WOULD WANT IT FIX AFTER DEALING WITH IT FOR A WEEK , EXCURIATING PAIN AT THE BASE /SHAFT , BENDING Continuing STINGING
They caused me emotional distress ,my p.
