My father is a patient here and has bladder cancer and was offered treatment options, one option was chosen and went well; however, the office will not answer ANY CALLS regarding follow up treatments which are required with the treatment plan. My mother has called for weeks and left voicemails with no return calls!! Cancer treatments is not something a patient should have to wait weeks to hear back from the provider!
