Best experience ever-this is from my mom. She went to female urology last month in Nashville, but she had horrible experience. Due to her limited physical ability- she is paraplegic she needed extra help but the doctor and staff in female urology seemed unhappy to cooperate my mom. She ended up not having any consultant and procedures. She went to neurology associate on Charlotte Avenue today. Called to ask about scheduling a test and the receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Having a cold, non-caring person answering your phones doesn’t make for a good first impression. I went elsewhere where they are interested in helping people.
I had a great experience with the technician that worked with me. She was very informative about everything that was going on with my procedure.
If I was in the statue of limitations I would sue for the following = 1.Emotional distress by not fixing my curve 1.DEPRESSION 2.ANXIETY 3.SUI××××× THOUGHTS 4.NIGHTMARES 5.EATING FEELINGS ( WAS DOING THAT BEFORE BUT IT WORSENED 6.PANIC ATTACKS AOUT IT NOT WORKING AGAIN 7.
