This 3 hour office visit was a complete waste of my time. Nurse practitioner Hall was very unconcerned with any pain or complaint that I had. She told me that I was fine and I did not have any infection and there’s nothing she can do for me. I got a call over a week later telling me that I did have an infection in my urine and she called me in an anabiotic. After I completed the anabiotic, I knew I still had the infection. Staff is helpful and accommodating. My wait time sometimes is a little longer than 40 minutes but, not often. I know these doctors are helping so many people a day and I am not the only one that need their help. I love that they have so many staff members who have been there for a while. Dr. Belsante could not be better, I have also seen the nurse practitioner who is great! Will always come here.

I was struggling with kidney stones and the pain for over month. This included 2 ER visits. After getting an appointment and learning I needed surgery (my first one ever), i was nervous. This office staff were so kind and patient with me during every interaction. they constantly explained in detail what was going to happen. They listened to all of my questions and concerns. Due to a large kidney stone, I was referred to Urology associates at the Hermitage location. I couldn’t be more pleased with my first visit! Dr. Maddie was such a compassionate, knowledgeable, caring person. She listened and explained in detail about diagnosis and surgery procedures. She connects with her patients, and cares about them.
