Has cancelled appointments two different times on day of just hours before it. Knowing Dr. Or nurse practitioner was out of town. Not dependable. Wondering about care being given.
This was my 3rd visit in 4 years, the last time the dr got smart , this time they did not keep the apoment. Staff got smart with me when i asked if they were running be hind. I wont go back a good place to waste you time and money.
I like Dr. Gill he was very courteous and listened to me. His treatment has provided me relief for which I am grateful. As to the business side of the practice I am not so pleased. Because I pay out of pocket I asked for the cost of services before I made an appointment. The fee I was told,charged , and paid prior to seeing Dr. Gill and what was later billed (totally unexpected) from the billing office were very different - not even a moderately close guess.
