My husband has renal cell carcinoma and was ignored when he complained about pain in his back and he needed up in the ER due to a tumor that grew and broke his L1. We had repeatedly called Dr Jayram staff, nurse and dr;s on call about the severe pain he was experiencing and it was ignored.
