Honestly the doctor himself is amazing he's funny and he seems really good at what he does I haven't really had a bad experience with him personally however they book appointments 10 minutes apart and sometimes double booked them for the exact same doctor by the time you get there they will be far behind I have had multiple appointments now that are supposed to be at 3 o'clock they don't get you back there until almost 4 o'clock and by the time you're done you can't even schedule anything else because everybody's gone home b... read more

Having to wait over an hour in the exam room is unacceptable. Charging a non refundable $100 that doesn’t go to your deductible on top of that is absolutely absurd. I’ve got to go back to work, you think I can just hang out all day? You’re the ones that can’t stick to an appointment time. No follow up, no we will reschedule with you our apologies. Go to the Murfreesboro branch
The doctor is good when they finally see you. The wait times are awful and the desk people are never in a good mood. If you can find another place to go I would suggest it.
Waiting an hour in the exam room is unacceptable.
