Very Incompetent Staff!!
Setting up an appointment shouldn't be this difficult. Hours of phone tag, dropped calls, being transferred to the wrong person and still no appointment and no closer to getting this resolved. Ive gone through 10 phone calls and spoken to 2 answering machines for calls over and over. Its absurd
Honestly the doctor himself is amazing he's funny and he seems really good at what he does I haven't really had a bad experience with him personally however they book appointments 10 minutes apart and sometimes double booked them for the exact same doctor by the time you get there they will be far behind I have had multiple appointments now that are supposed to be at 3 o'clock they don't get you back there until almost 4 o'clock and by the time you're done you can't even schedule anything else because everybody's gone home b... read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE, NEGLIGENCE, AND DISCRIMINATION AT THE FRONT DESK . As a Google Local Guide, it is my duty to warn the community about the complete lack of humanity at this location. Having to wait over an hour in the exam room is unacceptable. Charging a non refundable $100 that doesn’t go to your deductible on top of that is absolutely absurd. I’ve got to go back to work, you think I can just hang out all day? You’re the ones that can’t stick to an appointment time. No follow up, no we will reschedule with you our apologies.
