Doctor was great. Billing is worst I have ever seen. Front desk is awful at communication. First visit 10 minutes paid $150 with no insurance then second visit 10 mins said I didn't owe. Then sent me invoice for $182 in follow up charges not charged on the first visit. Just to read an MRI. Finding new Dr.
Today is now the 2nd time within less than a year that I've sat waiting in a room for Dr Rogman for over an hour and 10 minutes. I had a 9:10am appt today and at 10am I poked my head out and asked if he forgot me? They said he's coming. At 10:20am I walked out. It's ridiculous, I have a 40 minute ride one way just to get to his office. They won't have the opportunity to make me sit there like that a third time, I'm done. Dr Johnson is awesome. Nurses are great. Really glad I switched Urologist and came here. Highly recommend.
