My elderly father was taken to ST Thomas ER on 8/20 with a 8mm kidney stone. Dr Flora was assigned to him and made the choice to do absolutely nothing for him. Because he also had a bulged disc it was decided to send to inpatient rehab. He have been through absolutely hell and in excruciating pain since then with little to no help addressing the kidney stone. I was able check in almost immediately after arriving, very professional and courteous. I was called back very shortly and seen by the Dr. It was a very good thorough visit
