Avoid at all cost. I had a vasectomy from Dr. Collini in December. It's almost half a year later, and I'm still dealing with the labs and testing to give me the "all clear." There's no easy direct phone number. The office doesn't know what the lab is doing. The lab doesn't communicate with the doctor. The policies change depending on who you're talking to. Dr Tracy Cannon-Smith was an absolutely horrendous doctor, didn’t provide me with any privacy, and didn’t order any testing after she told me she did. After leaving a message with a nurse requesting that the she ask the doctor order the tests she said she would, I didn’t receive a call back, so I called again the next day and again received no call back. Dr Cannon-Smith is apparently okay with my bladder rupturing. STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE AND ESPECIALLY THIS PHYSICIAN!
USMD doesn't care about the patient
Anyone going to see Dr. West at the urologist office. I really don't recomend anyone new to see her at all. I been having several visit's to see her for a really bad pain and all she douse is prescribe antibiotics. I been worsening ever since. Please stay away from that doctor office. I only gave it a rate of one star because its not worth to waist time with that doctor.
