Nicest people on earth. Very, down to earth atmosphere from the setting to the doctors. No hordes of people in the waiting room, they get you in at your appt time and out in a timely fashion. Dr. Littlejohn is very down to earth and smart, he doesn't try to speak over your head in medical terminology, he explains things so you'll understand. I have used Logan Elliot for several years. Recently I had to have Dr. Littlejohn perform a Hydrocele procedure on me. He has a very pleasant bedside manner as did his nurse Rhonda. Thanks for everything sir.🇺🇸
Make sure you call about your appointments if the weather is bad. Drove an hour to get to appointment, only to find out office is closed. Called and unapologetic office staff said they follow Kingsport City schools schedule. How was I supposed to know this? A simple call or text would have been nice to receive. All they said was… I should have called before I came. And they had no capability to send out a text to say office closed. I’ve been dealing with UTIS for YEARS!! Went to so many doctors, finally got an appointment at this urologist, waited 2 months for this appointment, payed $50 co pay just to get showed a picture of a bladder and the “doctor” telling me “this is what a normal bladder looks like and this is what an unhealthy bladder looks like, follow me this way I’ll show you the exit” next day I’m in pain all over again, IM SO SICK OF DOCTORS EATING MONEY FROM ME WHEN I NEED HELP!
