I do not use email a lot, but when I get a notice for an up coming appointment, written on Saturday AM and I return the email that afternoon, that I will not be keeping my appointment on Monday AM, then two days later I receive a notice by mail, that in the future when I "do not show up for a scheduled appointment" there will be a charge, I feel like there is some "customer service" lacking, which is why I have chosen to change physicians.
