Even though I had to go there due to a kidney stone, I received the best service from the front and Dr Spana was compassionate along with the entire staff in getting me accommodated and as comfortable as they possibly could. Thank you!
Interesting that Urology Associates of Dover specifically Dr Vallorosi can refuse life or death treatment because of a balance of $66. Even if the balance is paid they will review to decide if you can be a patient and NO ONE can touch them. The best part is they will come to the hospital every day for 2 weeks and do absolutely nothing just so they can bill Medicare, but won't see the same patient outside the hospital. The next step is the media like WBOC maybe they would like the story. So much for the Hippocratic oath
I'm a new patient and I do like the doctor I am seeing but as far as the front desk operator who answers the phones is rude and very impolite. She has no customer service skills or knowledge. As a patient I think I deserve respect when asking questions.
Excellent care, but no refund of over-payment after more than 6 months even though they agree a refund is due.
The office is very clean with friendly staff and Dr. Suh is very knowledgeable and informative. Also very caring of his patients. I left feeling like I was in great hands!
Dr. Vallerosi is extremely thorough with his annual Prostate exams. Seriously, he is great!
Dr Kim is awesome doctor wished he was primary doctor too
