Dr. Valllorosi was great but his customer service team is terrible. He recommended a biopsy for me and I waited more than two weeks without a phone call or schedule. No one returns calls even though they say they return them in 48 hours. Had to find another Urologist.
My urologist is excellent, but the administration of the office is horrible. Phone calls are NEVER returned within the 48 hours they promise. Communicating with the doctor is nearly impossible with even longer wait times. Most times I have call back multiple times. There is never an apology for the delays. Unfortunately, there are practically no other options for urologists in central Delaware. It's Newark/Wilmington or Lewes. I'm seriously considering switching to one of those.
I have been going to this office for about 10 years and been prescribed medicine I don't need, had a biopsy that produced nothing, but the worst is the billing department, I wish I could attach the last threatening letter I got for supposedly thirteen dollars that can't be more than a month old because I had recently paid another small bill that UI know was less than 60 days threatening to send to collection agency ruining my credit and consideration to discharge me from the practice. all this for 13 dollars
They could improve by getting a receptionist for a starter! When you call they never pick up and they never return the phone calls in a timely manner!!!
The staff there really dropped the ball for me. Good doctors but if you are seeking immediate treatment or surgery the doctors are so busy it might be awhile.
this place has caused me so my heartache over the past 5 years I have been so sick and I started with this practice then. I was been discharged after I got pregnant in 2014 then tried a southern practice to not see any results either. so I have suffered in silence until a few months ago when I ended up in the ER and when Dr Zaragoza came in my hospital room I thought God sent me an angel because his father took great care of my grandmother in the 70s but due to me being seen 5 years ago by a Dr Kim the office is insisting I ... read more

Dr.Suh is wonderful but the staff is not good about returning phone calls. I've been waiting since last Friday morning for a return call to schedule a test and make a follow up appointment. The voicemail says not to call back and leave another message but 3 business days is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a return call.
